These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 75pk platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 75pk ("75pk", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://75pk.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions and content made available through the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet or wager, or by continuing to use any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
75pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users through appropriate means. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
The Platform is strictly intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction, to register an account or use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Access to the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 75pk does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
With respect to users in Pakistan specifically: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related legislation. 75pk does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or federal authority in Pakistan. This is not legal advice. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws before accessing the Platform.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances, subject to applicable regulations.
You are not permitted to register or use the Platform if you:
To access the full Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 75pk reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access without undue delay.
75pk may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including — but not limited to — before processing withdrawal requests, following large deposits, or when flagged by our AML monitoring systems. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.
75pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where it reasonably suspects or determines: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity; (c) the provision of false registration information; (d) activity inconsistent with AML obligations; or (e) any other circumstance that 75pk deems to warrant such action.
The Platform and all its content are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access the Services for the purpose of placing legitimate bets and wagers, playing available casino games and accessing educational or informational content.

In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or incorrectly quoted odds resulting from a technical fault, 75pk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The Platform is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such events.
Deposits must be made using payment methods that are currently available in the Platform cashier. Users should verify method availability, minimum deposit amounts, applicable fees and any relevant limits before initiating a transaction. Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT and BTC — are provided for informational context only. 75pk does not claim that any named payment provider endorses or supports gambling operations.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Pending wagering requirements on any active bonus must be fulfilled, or the bonus forfeited, before a withdrawal can be processed. Processing times vary by payment method; please consult the cashier section for indicative timelines.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual processing and settlement may involve conversion at applicable exchange rates depending on the payment method used.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider without first contacting 75pk support may result in immediate account suspension. If a chargeback is accepted, any outstanding balance or bonus at the time of the chargeback may be forfeited.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by 75pk are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiple and any game contribution rates will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20× requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed.
Bonus funds that are not used within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are set out in the individual promotion terms.
75pk reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds where it determines that a User has engaged in abusive bonus claiming behaviour, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or any other method that 75pk reasonably considers to constitute abuse of promotional terms.
A bet is confirmed and binding upon acceptance by the Platform. Once placed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the User unless the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or edit feature for that market. It is your responsibility to verify bet details, including stake amount and selection, before confirming.
Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet placement. 75pk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or national governing body. References to cricket tournaments and Pakistani cricket are for sports-context purposes only.
75pk may void a bet in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement; manifest pricing error; use of prohibited automated means; or breach of these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. Specific limits are set out in the sportsbook and casino rules sections of the Platform. 75pk reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any User at any time, without obligation to provide reasons.
75pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your account settings.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations and game content — is the property of 75pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 75pk.
75pk provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults and circumstances beyond our control may affect availability. 75pk accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75pk excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if 75pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. You are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made through your Account. 75pk does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred during use of the Platform.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
75pk applies KYC and AML procedures that require the collection and verification of identity-related data. These procedures are necessary for the secure and compliant operation of the Platform. Personal data will not be sold to third parties and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
75pk operates under international licensing arrangements where applicable. It does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani governmental body and does not claim approval, endorsement or regulation by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
75pk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice through the Platform or via the registered email address associated with your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
